Still no call, unprofessional bank run by toddlers!

Nedbank have to be the most useless bank ive been with for over 30 years, still no phone call since i laid the complaint. Promised a call within 24hrs with regards to my situation and today being Friday its approximately over 96hrs since ive gotten a phone call. Nedbank i want answers, and pls stop trying to fall back on your "broader payment strategy". I had an issue with Virgin gym and they got back to me within 14min of placing an issue on a HOLIDAY! I want answers and how you going to resolve this, if myself or anyone had done or assumed what had happened, we would be facing bad credit rating, penalites or even lawyers. I dont want to communicate over email anymore, i want someone of authority to call me and lets discuss this moving forward instead of hiding.
