Still no answer on OTP.

After the first review Nedbank responded. They could not fix the problem and after explaining that I need to make payments, they told me they will get back to me by Thursday. Today is Saturday! The problem remains; I am not receiving the OTP to transact. I have received verification codes from Google and sms`s from friends in South Africa, but Nedbank...NO SMS!
