Still locked out of Nedbank

After a week of begging and having supp**** documents for FICA on an existing account, still we cannot access our business account. First week of the month, no income, no payments, lovely. bond is due tomorrow. We were never informed, just locked out but, Nedbank Durban cannot get any answers or access from Johannesburg! Its terrifying how little control your local bank has. Not only did my private banker not know of the action but worse still, he cant correct it! I would love to lock down Nedbank for a week and see how they do.
