Still in shock with the disgusting service from Nedbank

I was contacted by Nedbank for a credit card, let me repeat Nedbank contacted me for a credit card... which I did not need and I would love to know how it was established that I now qualify for one?? Clearly my details are being sold off by my current bank... I was contacted by Kamogelo Nhlapo who is either over worked or has no idea what she is doing as I was contacted on 22 March, the credit card was approved on 23 March and I was told that I would get a notification when the card arrived at my branch of choice. By the 28th of March I was sweating as I had emailed my personal bank statements to her and had heard nothing and was starting to think this was a ****. She said she was very busy and I should get a notification soon. On 1 April I received an email about receiving my statements but still had no card. On 2 April I emailed her again and she to this day has completely ignored my email. I contacted the complaints department and was told that the card was waiting at the branch for me to collect. I was told by Kamogelo that I would need to bring proof of residence when collecting. I arrived at the Norwood branch, where I waited 40 minutes in the queue. I tried to bring this to the attention of a woman sitting in the manager's office (Hayley Reeves-Moore) but it turns out she is a team leader and completely ignored me aswell. The lady at reception got hold of the FICA lady (Evdovia Abrahams) to verify my lease, which ofcourse there was a problem. Evdovia had the worst most unhelpful attitude I may ever have encountered as she would not even look at me or answer my questions. I then called the branch manager to deal with this as by now I have completely had enough of this nonsense. The lease had expired but I had a supporting document from my landlord to say that we had extended our stay. Apparently he was supposed to sign it but not once did anyone make the effort to contact my landlord or give me the opportunity to get the letter signed. Instead everyone was quite happy to cancel the card. Not to mention the condescending attitude from the branch manager (Marina Minaar) who when on the phone to the credit card department said that the lease had expired and did not even mention the letter. I don't think any of you comprehend how much of my time you wasted, firstly with the lady that contacted me, then me having to follow up on the card because your staff are so useless. Then going into the bank, waiting over an hour minutes to receive atrcious service from just about everyone in the Norwood branch. No one even tried to make the effort to try and resolve the issue and not to mention how I have been insulted. I felt like a ******** walking out of the bank and quite frankly I would greatly appreciate it if you people never concated me again. By far the worst service and experience I have ever encountered!!!
