Still Blacklisted for a settled credit

<p>I am so deeply dissapointed after learning that Nedbank still blacklisted my name even though my account with them was settled a long time ago.</p> <p> </p> <p>I cant move on due to the bad information that they have listed on my profile, I have received the paid up letter which is in my posession, however the info still remained the same my profile,</p> <p> </p> <p>What is more upseting is that Nedbank sends me letters every month that i qualify for a loan, but they fail to update client's information, I will never recommend this bank to anyone</p>
