still awaiting till today

I went to Nedbank in Menlyn and app**** for a loan. I was assisted by a lady called Nthambeleni. she informed me that the system has picked up that I have a loan written off so she needs to escalate it.

I informed her that the loan was written off as Nedbank could not provide enough evidence to the credit ombudsman. she later informed me that the bank is asking who was liaising with the ombudsman from Nedbank. I informed her that I don't know they as the bank should know.

I then wrote an email to the credit ombuds office where I copied Nthambeleni. the ombudsman rep**** to say that she cannot disclose the banks liaison person as according to the rules.

I have not had any response from Nedbank except when I email Nthambeleni and her reply will be that she is also waiting for feedback from her seniors. I am still awaiting for the feedbank from the bank and it is almost two weeks
