Still awaiting payout

I app**** for a nedbank loan on 22nd Dec 2017. I was advised on when I called that my application was incomplete, I went back to the back to resign documents on 28th dec. I was then called back to sign a new contract on 2nd Jan 2018 I was then told by the consultant that I would be paid out by the 4th. I was not paid on the 4th and consultant then was not returning or answering my calls. Today 5th Dec 2018 consultant that there is now and IT issue not sure when will be sorted out he cannot give me a turn around time. How long does this process take?
