Still awaiting my salary to be released by Nedbank

Good day Please can someone assist me from your compliance department or global department.

I am awaiting my salary that is coming from mauricious, Absa back in mauricious has confirmed that they have sent the required documents to Nedbank compliance department and it will be cleared after they review, Nedbank has still not released my salary as the other back is saying Nedbank has to release as thry have accepted the payment

Please check as Noone is able to help, it's like it's the first time Nedbank is dealing with an international payment

Please call me regarding this as I need my salary urgently
