I'm disappointed with the service I received today at Cresta Nedbank, over the phone and from client feedback. I went to the ATM today to draw money and I didn't get the cash due to a faulty ATM. I'm trying to get my money and seems like no one is able to help. Bear in mind that this is happening for the second time. How are going to trust Nedbank ATM? Money was redeemed however I never got the cash.
