Steer clear of this bank

Nedbank's customer service is the absolute worst. I have spent hours on the phone and in the branch trying to rectify an issue that was caused by them incorrectly debiting over R5000 from my account. Their email communications are appalling, with errors in almost every line (including my first name, surname, and physical address) and a ridiculous waiting time for phone assistance, which is aggravated by the fact that the line often drops as soon you are finally connected to someone.
