*****ING MY MONEY!!!

Nedbank - Menlyn Shopping Centre

I have had one of the worst experiences with Nedbank and matters are still unresolved up until now. Tomorrow it will be a month after opening an Account with them. There seems to be serious issues with the systems they use as they cannot pick up an Immediate Payment that I made last month on the 25th. I have also been given a reference number from account management. The reference number is: ***7. After receiving numerous calls from the Call Centre no one was able to assist me. I have forwarded all Proof of Payments to Nedbank.
