*****ing money from clients!

Having been a longstanding client of nedbank one would think they would actually go that extra mile for you. Not in my case at all. Yesterday I was at Cape gate branch seeking advice but clearly they are not willing to investigate the matter. How could it be when you make a payment on your app you get the notification of the payment but the person that I made the payment to did not receive any payment. Nedbank has then all the security features in place where they send you a accept-it message to your phone having to confirm that you are the one authorizing and making the payment. On the 29 of May I only made 3 payments. at 23:26pm the amount of R3300 my available balance left in my account was R4872.13 and then at 23:34 another payment of R440 balance left in account R4432.13. Yet the payment that I made at 23:34 does not reflect on my statement but I have the proof on my sms that payment was made. Cape gate Branch is telling me that I did not make the payment or the money did go off on my account. how is that possible when I have the sms as proof. I did not receive any notification to say that the money was reversed back into account or anything. So my question is where did my money go to. Are Nedbank now just taking money from you now. I am absolutely furious with the level of service I am receiving. How can they expect me to accept this when I know that I made this payment and I have proof of the transaction. Why is it not reflecting on my statement. All these payment was made as immediate payments . And for the consultant to keep on insisting that the money did not go off on my account when I can see it did and telling me to draw a statement when I explained already that is not reflecting tells me that she is not willing to go that extra mile and made me feel that I am in the wrong. Just makes me feel disgusted of the level of service I received. Is this how you are training your personnel now to be efficient.
