Nedback penalizes me for being a good payer
<p>I noticed a payment on my credit account with the description "finance charge". The amount was around R950 and when I queried this the agent told me that This happens if I pay the minimum amount due every month. So my question is, is Nedbank penalizing me for being a good payer???? Ridiculous!!! </p> <p>So I went and check previous months and as true as hell for thelast 5 months they have taken an amount of R4080.99!!!! </p> <p>I want this urgently invesitgated and money paid back with interest!!!!</p>

If you make the full payment on your credit card account by the payment due date and do not do any cash transactions then you qualify for the interest free period as per your terms and conditions. If you make the minimum payment on your account then you are liable for finance charges.
