Stck in the US and unable to draw cash. Nedbank is revolting.

I am in the United States and even though I used the GHASTLY Nedbank app to register my credit card with the travel dates I am unable to draw cash. No amount of begging on the app, or to my utterly useless 'professional banker' or on social media has made the slightest difference in getting assistance. I have been with Nedbank for 40 years and I cannot WAIT to move banks when I get back. And I have to hear the standard, bored, insincere apologies by this loathsome bank one more time, I shall vomit. Pathetic, hopeless, useless. Every interaction I have seems to be with people who are not only swimming at the bottom of the intellectual gene pool, but literally could NOT care less!
