Stay far away from Nedbank

I wish I could give no stars. Nedbank is the worst. I was supposed to get a refund and still nothing happened they told me 3 days the money will be in the account. Still nothing. I spoke to the call center agent and they just so stupid. I feel like I'm wasting my time with Nedbank. Nedbank really needs to pull up there socks. I spoke to Dylan and this is my reference number. ***7.
