STAY FAAAR FROM NEDBANK

If I could give this a minus 1 I would. For anyone that is considering becoming a client of nedbank, I warn you - STAY AWAY FROM THESE *******!!! I had moved all personal accounts over to nedbank with the promise from nedbank of high return on cash backs, special rates for my bond and returns on my vehicle finance. These people have done absolutely nothing but **** and taken money from my account for replacements of cards and fees to be part of their dumb, useless rewards programme that I've seen no fruits from!! They've charged me over R300 in card replacement fees because their n1 city branches *********** staff gave me the incorrect card that they charged me for and then charged me an additional fee to fix their damn mistake! None of them gives me any joy with regards to my bond and after switching my cars debit order over, all of a sudden, my installment has gone up by R300!!!

Do not bank with these *******, there is a reason they are losing so much customers and closing down so many branches. They are completely *********** and incapable of doing their jobs and end up taking money from customers accounts to fix their own ***** ups!
