Stay away - no regard for clients

Thank you for your unwillingness to freeze interest on my account. However, months ago I requested the insurance to be cancelled as well and that has also not been done. For months you have been adding R286.71 to my account after it was cancelled. I find it repulsive that your people advised me to request interest to be frozen and then you just blatantly refuse. So this is how you treat loyal clients that are going through a rough patch, wow. When my situation is sorted I will never bank with you again.
