Stay away from this bank

I have been banking with Nedbank for years. I am highly disappointed in their service. I have made full payment on a personal loan i had with themand they are refusing to clear the amount. They are very careless even with their responses. They started with 21 working days to 10 working days to no you need to pay more. I am sick and tired of their attitude towards me. Stay away from Nedbank. I will be moving to FNB rather.
