STAY AWAY FROM NEDBANK- THEY ARE ****MERS. I’m very disappointed with Nedbank. R3000 was taken from my account without my authorisation through a phishing ****. Even though they confirmed it was *****, they still refused to refund me. The investigation was supposed to take up to 9 weeks, but instead dragged on for 4 months with poor communication, as they seemed to look for any reason not to reimburse my money.
