Stay away from Nedbank Fourways Branch, they waste your time and don't tell you what they are doing

I waited over an hour to see a consultant

When I get to the consultant, he doesn't tell me what he is doing but talks to his colleagues and the customer service manager

They then leave me waiting for help to go skinner about me with their other colleagues

This is not how you engage with customers
