Stay away from Nedbank

Do not do business with Nedbank especially home loans. I made a manual payment into my homeloan which was supposed to be refunded within 7 working days. I am now siting at a month later with still no refund. Every phone call is an hour plus talking to numerous different people from numerous different departments yet nothing gets resolved and every person has a different idea of how it should work yet they all work for the same company someone make that make sense.

It seems there is a severe lack of training or care into customer service with Nedbank as nothing gets resolved and a month later I'm still waiting fory refund.

There are many different banks out there guys ones who offer much better service than Nedbank stay away from Nedbank they are completely useless with no clue what's going on or how to properly service their customers.
