Stay away from Nedbank!!!

I am having such a bad experience with Nedbank. I tried closing my savings account x3 now but still to no avail. Every time i go into Canal Walk branch and wait 1 - 2 &1/2 hours. I have to start all over and then they tell me the account will be closed. Then a week later I get SMS notifying me that my account is overdrawn and I need to settle the amount. When I try calling the Customer Service number they tell me to go into the Branch . Nedbank clearly has loads of *********** people working there and that clearly do not know what they are doing. Just some advice people do not take your business to Nedbank they do not know what they are doing!!!!!
