Stay Away From Nedbank

I never thought I'd experience such horror from Nedbank. I am handed over for an account I am currently paying VIA DEBIT ORDER! Contacted Nedbank for answers has been futile, I visited the branch near me and was told they cannot assist but would have to speak to the call center for assistance... WHO DO I SPEAK TO if I cannot get a hold of anyone??? Im so frustrated by all this because does it mean my payments are not accounted for???
