STAY AWAY FROM NEDBANK

PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM NEDBANK, THEY DON'T CARE ABOUT THEIR CLIENTS!!

My mother's salary has been taken out of her account at the end of Sept 2022. According to Nedbank she approved the paymeny on 18/9, but they can't show us the proof of the approval. She did not received any sms or email from Nedbank on 18/9. They keep on saying that they are still investagating. My mother is a pensioner and can't afford to loose this amount of money. It's Febr already and still nothing. Show us the proof of the approvel or give her money back. I doesn't matter who took the money, it happend at Nedbank and they must take responsibility. They say the invedtigation takes time, because they have a lot of other cases, which already raises a lot of qeustions.
