Stay away from Mall of Africa Nedbank.

Nedbank Mall of Africa is the pits. Whatever you do Stay away from that branch. We went to Mall of Africa to open a business account and the staff there was disrespectful and unfriendly. They first tried chasing us out of the branch for no reason and then after we were told they could not assist to open an account becasue we did not set an appointment, bare in mind this is after waiting in the queue for more than and hour. No one was wearing a name tag even the lady that we were told to wait for.
