Stay away

Please stay away. I paid and ordered items from avo on the 28th of november 2021. Its was supposed to b3 delivered on the 3rd of December 2021 delivery date changed for the 3rd to the 7th. Items was never delivered. I contacted them on the 7th wherby i was informed that there is no stock of the item. I cancelled the order on the 7th and was informed that my refund will take 2 - 4 working days. I contacted them again on the 15th for the refund wherby i was informed that the the refund was only apptoved on the 15th and that the funds will refelect in my account on wednesday the 22nd of December. I contacted them again requisting the accoung details where to the funds was paid back into. No one can asssit with the details. Today is the 23rd and no refund received. I contacted them again this morning and was informed that the refund no takes 5 - 7days and will only be refelecting in my account on the 28th. Stay away from these *********** *****s.
