statement reprints

I requested statement reprints on Aug 22. They said 3-5 working days... The request has been "escalated 4 times". I have been into the branch 5 times and the poor guy at fourways crossing branch gets the same treatment. When does one get some sort of feedback? Maybe get the statements?????? Lack of communication plus lack of delivery!! I believe that our chances are not much better even with a subpoena?? How does Nedbank operate their archives???
