Statement Date Inconvenient and Nedbank won't change it!

<p>My Nedbank Statement arrives on the 19th-20th in my e-mail. My VAT Return must be in on the 25th and I need to reconsile my statements for accuracy. I have requested that Nedbank change my statement date to the 1st of every month. I keep getting promises but I've been waiting over 2 years and still no joy. Every 2 months I pay penalties if VAT Return is not submitted in time and it is basically impossible as there is not enough time. How difficult can it be to change a statement date? I have contacted ABSA once and that very same month my statement date was changed as per my request to the 1st.</p>
