statement converting

I have been a client of Nedbank for over 7 or 8 years now, today I called my bank to ask if they can convert one month statement to $ amount so that I can be able to send the proof of banking to a collage in new York , when I asked reason why they just say "just". I've decided that I should rather leave Nedbank, I have been patient enough with them
