Standing on the queue for almost 2hours now

Nedbank Khayelitsha Branch I arrived here around 11:45, I’ve been standing on the queue for more than 1hour 30mins for only card replacement…I am so disappointed as I am hungry now on this queue. You can do better bethuna Nedbank‼️

I asked what is going some consultant said only 2people working, Why?
