Staff not willing to serve clients

I went to the Flora branch to get a replacement card I was customer C008, The guy at the door Anele dismissed me by saying they dont have bank cards and customers should use apps to pay, I was angry and asked to see the manager and all of a sudden he says no heres a slip please sit, this is very wrong as the staff looks low on energy and not willing to help,why do I have to ask for manager before being served? If I was a lame man without knowledge of my consumer rights I would not have a card now, may the manager please rebook at your staff they will drive us away..maybe you should close the branches and go fully digital as opposed to bad service
