Staff members *********** and total disregard clients

Nedbank Southgate mall! This branch is not even worth a single star,it's a pity I cannot select something less than that,I escorted my Mom today who is well over 60 she needed her card replaced and to have her sms banking registered and active,I wasn't allowed to be beside her and when she was inside she saw an old lady as she is being with her daughter to which I wasn't allowed to do and also her sms banking nothing was explained to her, I had to even search for the sms banking number to educate her on what to do,they did sms banking for her and explained zilch but also refused for me to be besides her Earlier when we waited at the cue I had to ask for a chair a security guard without even asking me what has led me to come in rudely said I must step outside...and only when another guy was called in my Mom was able to get a chair Worse we were told that the system is having issues but at the same time they asked for people who want to open new accounts,this says one thing they wanted to service new business and to hell with the existing clients they are focused on what they get not what they give to clients. The service here was disgusting! Have worked for Nedbank myself before in 135 Rivonia where clients are of utmost importance and it's quite daunting to see Southgate branch without any of these services and no respect for clients at all.
