My neice was directed from Meyersdal Express to Newmarket branch where they can certify documents for her. Upon arrival Bravo Female at info counter at door told her they DONT DO IT HERE - she explained that she was sent there and this person insisted she’s wrong. Neice then requested someone else to help her, a whiskey male then came along and helped her with no issues!! Nedbank - this is ****** at its best! Control your staff!
