I take the time to call the call centre to make sure I get the correct information. Was verbally given a settlement amount of R3910. I requested it in writing as It means nothing verbally (even thou they are recorded ) Had to call again to find the letter ,sorry that can take 24/48 hours and we will still keep adding in interest. Finally get the letter today and it has a new amount R3972. No wonder your clients leave you . *********** staff and lies
