*********** staff and poor bankers don’t bank with these people

Don’t bank with these people. They are money hungry and all about profit through interest and fees. I have had a problem where my entire profile ended up in someone else’s name, they called it a strange phenomenon. 3 years later I’m still looking at another persons name on my banking app. I couldn’t access my funds as my account was transferred into someone else’s name. They refuse to reduce the interest on my personal loan and will not reconsider the rate even though I am a Nedbank client. I have been given the highest interest rate possible. They will make you pay a credit life premium at the same rate as the initial loan amount even though the capital balance has reduced. All round horrible and *********** staff who are trained to decline every possible way of assisting you. Don’t bank with these people, their caption “how can we help you?” Utter lies
