ST GEORGES MALL UNACCEPTABLE RUDE SERVICE

RUDE! Tone and dealing with people . The person - male that was assisting my daughter with her renewal of her passport was abusive... abuse is not just physical but mental as well. And I don't for one minute think that is acceptable to use "your " power in an abusive way... And this man didn't wear any form of identification that we could have reported him to his manager! Firstly if you are in a client services environment then you need to provide a friendly service, this is the environment that you work in and you get paid to do so. My daughter was completely effected by the treatment that she received from this man. I don't believe that this kind of behavior must be accepted, and made excuses of. Stop treating people like second class citizens. If this man doesn't want to be in front line customer services then I suggest he needs to get another job! RUDE AND ABUSIVE BEHAVIOUR MUST STOP IN ALL ASPECTS OF SOCIETY. WE AS A COUNTRY HAVE 16 DAYS OF AWARENESS AGAINST ABUSE OF WOMEN AND CHILDREN... PLEASE DONT JUST LOOK AT DOMESTIC ABUSE BUT ALL FORMS OF ABUSE PHYSICAL MENTAL WORK HOME SOCIAL.... SO THIS MAN THAT WORKED THIS MORNING 05 DEC 2024 AT NEDBANK ST GEORGES MALL CAPE TOWN AT THE PASSPORT RENEWAL SECTION NEEDS TO BE TAKEN OFF THAT DUTY! HE IS ABUSING HIS POWER! AND I WILL NOT STAND FOR IT!
