SS Legal Cover ********** debit order

A debit order of R195 went off from my account on 31 May 2021 and 30 June 2021.

The reference is ss legal cover. I have not given any authorization for this debit order. This needs to be refunded and debit order must be cancelled immediately.

On investigation on internet I found that this company is a ********** company that have been deducting money from a lot of banks. I feel like my money is no longer safe at Nedbank. Please reverse my money and explain to me how does an unauthorized debit order happens on your bank!
