Spectacular service

I have been having problems with the business account , yesterday it was frozen again and I had no idea what was wrong .

I later went to the Nedbank branch in Carlswald , as I needed to make an urgent transaction . I was so frustrated .

Marcus & Nompilo At the Carlswald branch are a breathe of fresh air , they went over and above to try sort matters out for me as they were waiting for confirmation of my FICA documents and it was out of their control .
