Spam Calls WITHOUT CONSENT

Be careful of MFC vehicle finance through Nedbank. Your details will be supp**** to call centres within Nedbank and you will receive continuous calls, even after requesting, demanding and instructing call centre agents as well as their managers to cease calling you.

I do not recall opting in for any communication from Nedbank as my dealings were with MFC, and even then I was sure not to opt in to any form of marketing communication.

I received daily calls where they attempted to have me open an account with Nedbank, which I refused, clearly and without any doubt. I also requested that they stop calling me yet calls continued to come through.

I then escalated the issue to the Nedbank customer services department and I am yet to hear from them with confirmation that I will not be violated in this matter going forward.

Thank you Nedbank for making it clear to me why I will never bank with you, you just don't care, don't listen and are more of a burden than a solution to me.
