South Africa’s worst bank

Ned bank is the worst bank I have ever come across. The staff are uneducated. Can’t speak English. They are lazy . I wanted to close my bed bank account and the agent informed me that there was a small available balance I need to withdraw or transfer out . Before I could do so she closed the account and my money disappeared. I showed her proof and she couldn’t care . This bank needs to be shut down and staff should be fired . The call center agents are even worse . They are so uneducated and useless .
