If we had a 0 Star rating, it'd be appropriate now. Was charged for utilizing my Available funds which according to the bank were pending. As if that was not enough, when I made an enquiry I dealt with the most *********** agent (Thobelani Zuma) who sounded like a pre-programmed robot, who only uses what I'd assume are system generated answers even where unnecessary.
