I DO NOT GET ANY SERVICE FROM NEDBANK IN THE PAST 3 MONTHS

I CALL NO SERVICE, GO TO THE BRANCH NO SERVICE, SEND EMAILS NO SERVICE.

Iam in the process of buying a home and nedbank cant assist me with paid up letters or update my credit status

The struggle is real and my stress levels is so high had to stay with my parents as my rental contract ended and want to buy house get rejected at all banks because I need a paid up letter from nedbank

Can someone please help I literally tried everything and get nowhere. I doubt that there will be someone who can assiST but FLIPPER
