Something Went Wrong

The Nedbank Money App is a total disaster.

We have been resetting and Setting password for more than a month - Constantly having to go back to the Branch to reset the app, to delete the app, re-install the app, get the app to work - once - just for the app to reject the newly set password the next day.

Trying to manage your life on this app is a nightmare. Whenever you need to bank, “Something went Wrong - Dismiss”.

OTP’s don’t come through, Approve-it messages don’t come through!

What is going on, Nedbank? Did “Something Go Wrong”??
