Solution Not a Problem

Nedbank too all my pension fund money after i had lost my Job, i have been explaining to them since July that i am unemployed and i have other debts to pay, family to provide for etc. Nicole Govender that was assisting me then , told me the bank can only refund a certain amount out of the money taken n that amount was refunded, still i was unhappy cause its a lot of money that Nedbank took n Yes i am not disputing the fact that i took a personal loan with them about 11 years ago, o wonder why i was never handed over or called to make payments arrangements, rather this bank waited for me to loose my Job then took my pension fund money, yet when i was getting my salary no one called me for arrangements. All i need is my money back. Surprisingly yesterday i received a call from some arrogant Zimbabwean guy, that just did not come up with the Solution to my problem, rather he wanted to make me a problem , he ended up dropping the call on my ear as if m stupid, this Zimbabwean guy was even suggesting that he knows why i was never helped n when i asked him why he could not answer, i am not interested to be exchanged words with anyone from Nedbank all i need is my money refunded back into my account, then every month i will pay 100 rands or 50 rands until i get a job. NB i owe other banks too they don't take money out of my account without calling me first. But Nedbank did than and on top of that instead of the bank engaging in some sort of agreement, i am being called by a lousy Zimbabwean guy wanting to tell me my problem, how dare he??? Please my money back then we make monthly arrangements thats all.
