So unnecessary

So, after many years of being with Nedbank and my salary gets paid in that account monthly so even if there is an overdraft it will be deducted anyway they have decided to give my account to attorneys, without even calling to find out what the matter is.

You take me to attorneys for an overdraft that will be paid. WOW and then threaten me with legal fees on top of that, I don'y know how that helps me but well...
