So tired of the lies from Nedbank

On the 15th of January I made a claim from my Nedbank dream maker investment. I was told this takes 10 days to process. Today is 12th of February, almost 30 days later I still haven’t received the money. I have called and emailed many times and every time am told I will have the money tomorrow, I am really tired of all these lies. Can I please have my money Nedbank. We save up money for rainy times and you are no use to me. You are depriving me my own money and I had to get loans to attend to my needs. Please sort this out.
