so sick really it is

So last month nedbank took 3900 and something out of my account for the personal loan i owe and they sent me a message saying a balance of 558 or something need to make payment arrangements, however someone did call and asked if they can debit it out of my account, i said i wouldn't have enough money this month. please can you guys take it next month. the lady was so rude and was screaming over the phone to me then i was transferred to the payment arrangements department and i told the guys that this month i don't have even money please can it be taken off next month, he said its fine Nicole i will just put 300 for this month and next month they will take the balance, took two debit order taken off this morning 1000 and something of my account and you guys know i don't have money i got to get to work everyday and eat everyday and feed my baby. and i call again today the lady tell me that only one payment can be requested and turnover time is 3 to 7 day??? seriously how the **** do i get to work and not to mention its only 500
