So sick of this loan

Nedbank is really on my case. last month i had a issue wrt double deduction and now this month another issue has risen. From the beginning of my loan contract iv been paying R 2 174.21, now suddenly from Feb 2015 the amount being requested is R2571.41. Called the contact centre and they advised me the extra R397.20 is the insurance amount, WHY ALL OF A SUDDEN NEDBANK!!!!, when i took out this loan i sent you documentation and i will NOT send you the documentation again. someone must readjust my installment again to R2174.21!!!! iv really had it up to here with Nedbank, from the beginning of this loan just issues no customer service, worst worst ever so sick of you gusy, resolve this ASAP and someone call me once this is resolved!!!
