So impressed with Roxy

I have had my issues in the past with Nedbank, but I must say that I am so impressed with Rooksana Cassim (Roxy) and her efficiency. I called at the Pinetown Branch yesterday afternoon to arrange a personal loan. Not only did she process the application quickly and efficiently, she was friendly and helpful to deal with. Imagine my surprise, when things like this have in the past taken up to two weeks, to find the funds in my account this morning. Exceptional service like this is hard to find in this day and age, and she is an asset to the bank.
