So good at avoiding responsibility or totally *********** or unwilling to assist

I have spent the last two hours trying to obtain assistance from someone who can assist in having an employee's name cleared with regard to ID theft which occurred a number of years ago. All forms were signed and affidavits and signature samples provided last year already. I have spoken and been transferred to 8 (EIGHT) people and each person just transfers the call to another person. In between, one is kept holding for some 10 to 15 minutes at a time. What is going on? If this matter is not resolved to our satisfaction, with someone actually taking responsibility for seeing the query through, the matter will be escalated to a higher industry-related body. I cannot believe that no one knows how to resolve the problem.

Reviewer Update

It is now 18 hours later and still no one has called me, despite your assurances above in response to my complaint: "One of our resolution managers will contact you sortly to help resolve your complaint." This morning, the SA ***** Prevention Services gave me the number of your Head of ***** Investigation, Mr Louis Henning, and no surprise, the number just rings and rings with no option to leave a message. Your generic message above is also non-comittal as it does not state that a specific person will call me or by when. Are we to be at your mercy and only have interaction when it suits you? Sorry, but I do not see any "striving to make great banking happen" here.
